The Statement

Where Amjet belongs.

Amjet participates in the organizations that serve the business aviation community, including owners and operators: including the National Business Aviation Association and the European Business Aviation Association. These bodies support the owners and flight departments we work with through advocacy, education, safety initiatives, and engagement with regulators.

Why Amjet has chosen not to join.

Amjet is not a member of the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA), the Global Aircraft Dealers Association (GLADA), or any other dealer or broker association. This is a deliberate choice about how we organize and develop our business.

Dealer and broker associations provide professional relationships, education, shared standards, and market visibility. We respect the firms that choose to participate. Association membership, by itself, does not determine a firm’s business model or the obligations it accepts to its clients.

Amjet has chosen to build its practice around direct client relationships and clearly defined mandates. We represent one client, on one side of a transaction. We hold no aircraft inventory, maintain no internal trading desk, undertake no reciprocal deal-flow obligations, and never represent both buyer and seller in the same transaction.

Our responsibilities to each client are established by applicable law and our written engagement, supported by our published Ethics Statement and the senior advisor personally accountable for the mandate.

How we reach the market.

We do not rely on a membership network for deal flow or preferred access. Non-membership means we do not have member access to certain advertising platforms and private information channels. Our acquisition searches are not confined to any association’s listings: we pursue suitable opportunities through direct relationships with aircraft owners, principals, family offices, and flight departments, and through the authorized representatives of aircraft relevant to our clients’ requirements.

On the selling side, we introduce every exclusive listing to qualified principals a minimum of fourteen days before any broader market release, which keeps the transaction as direct as the situation allows. Our process makes Amjet’s role and compensation clear to our client and seeks transparency regarding the roles and compensation of other transaction participants. That approach is supported by senior-led execution informed by more than 900 aircraft transactions, over 200 of them cross-border.

Working with member firms.

We regularly work with member firms when they represent the buyer or seller on the opposite side of a transaction, and we do so professionally, cooperatively, and with respect for their role

Questions we are asked.

01

A principal will know exactly what Amjet is paid, by whom, and why — before any engagement begins.

Amjet's fee is disclosed in full at the start of every engagement. It is owed by one party, in one direction, for one purpose: the principal's representation. Nothing changes between the first conversation and the closing.

02

Is Amjet Aviation a member of IADA or GLADA?

No. Amjet Aviation is not a member of the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA), the Global Aircraft Dealers Association (GLADA), or any other dealer or broker association. Amjet is a member of the National Business Aviation Association and the European Business Aviation Association, which serve the business aviation community, including owners and operators.

03

Why is Amjet not a member of a dealer or broker association?

Amjet has chosen to build its practice around direct client relationships and clearly defined mandates rather than participation in a dealer or broker association. Our operating commitments are documented in our client agreements and Ethics Statement.

04

Does Amjet work with IADA or GLADA member firms?

Yes, regularly. When a member firm of either association represents the buyer or seller on the opposite side of a transaction, Amjet works with it professionally and cooperatively.

Our independence determines whom we are obligated to. It does not determine whom we are willing to work with.

The Natural Next Step

Begin the conversation.

A single confidential meeting — no charge, no obligation. If there is a fit, we will both know it.
