Amanda Rogers

Every Amjet closing has had her hands on it.

Amanda Rogers is Co-Founder, Executive Vice President and CFO of Amjet Aviation® and serves as Head of Transactions. She has been directly involved in every transaction Amjet has closed. She leads selected client mandates and oversees the financial and closing work on those led by another senior advisor, through escrow and delivery.

At 20, Amanda worked with Scott Rogers to secure FAA Part 135 Air Taxi/Commercial Operator certification for Laurel Flying Service among the early operators to qualify under the revised 1978 rules. She also managed the financial and administrative side of the firm's maintenance, repair and overhaul operations, including personnel and parts inventory. Those responsibilities gave her firsthand understanding of how regulatory requirements, maintenance, and operating costs affect aircraft ownership.

From 1990 through the family firm's exit from aircraft inventory in 2007, Amanda sought, secured, and managed investor funding for jets purchased for resale. Funding for an individual aircraft occasionally exceeded $20 million. She also managed inventory acquisitions and floor-plan financing, applying her operating experience to capital decisions and transaction execution.

Over more than 45 years in aviation, Amanda has led significant brokerage engagements and directed the firm's sales, marketing, and financial operations. She earned a degree in marketing from Mississippi State University.
